Professional Licensure & Regulatory Compliance
Tiny Steps Academy operates as an independently managed commercial business entity. The business owner and operating personnel are solely responsible for maintaining all required local, state, and federal professional licenses, industry certifications, permits, and regulatory compliance standards applicable to their jurisdiction and scope of practice.
Swift Sites Hub provides white-label web infrastructure, online booking, and workflow software. Swift Sites Hub does not deliver professional, clinical, legal, or regulated advice, does not practice regulated trades or professions, and assumes no liability for the services or treatments rendered by Tiny Steps Academy.
Client Consent, Disclosures & Health Representations
Clients booking services or submitting intake questionnaires warrant and represent that all submitted health, contact, and situational disclosures are accurate and complete. Clients are solely responsible for informing staff of any contraindications, physical conditions, property hazards, or allergies prior to service commencement.
Service appointments, pricing quotes, and estimates are subject to professional evaluation and site inspection upon arrival. Tiny Steps Academy reserves the right to decline or reschedule service if unsafe conditions or unrepresented contraindications exist.
Appointments, Cancellations & SMS Communications
Appointments are subject to the cancellation notice policy displayed during booking (720 hours notice). Late cancellations or unexcused missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of booking deposits.
