How we handle your data

Contact and lead information. When you request a demo, start a project, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and business type.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your login credentials and business profile details.

Booking and transaction data. Appointments made through the platform, services booked, order details, and payment confirmations. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.

Communications. Messages you send us, SMS opt-ins and replies, and support correspondence.

Technical data. Vercel Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated usage statistics such as page views and referrers. It sets no cookies and does not track you across websites.

We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the site — for example, keeping you signed in and protecting against fraud. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

• Google — fonts and optional workspace integrations you connect
• Vercel — hosting and anonymous analytics
• Sentry — error monitoring

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it. Backups may retain copies for a limited period before they age out.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@swiftsites.studio. We will respond within 30 days.

Our service is built for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date. Material changes will also be communicated to account holders.
