The service
Swift Sites Studio (“Swift Sites”, “we”) provides website, online booking, ordering, and related software for local businesses, available at swiftsites.studio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed per the pricing described on our site at the time you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, services, pricing, and availability published on your site. You represent that your business holds all licenses, permits, and certifications required to operate in your jurisdiction, and that content you upload (text, images, logos) does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Break the law or facilitate wrongdoing
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the platform
- Send spam or unsolicited messages through platform messaging features
- Misrepresent your business or impersonate another person or business
- Resell or white-label the platform itself without a partner agreement
Messaging consent
Features that send SMS or email on your behalf (booking confirmations, reminders, review requests) operate only on contacts who have opted in. You are responsible for maintaining valid consent records for your recipients.
Intellectual property
The Swift Sites platform, templates, and software remain our property. Your business content — your name, logo, copy, photos, and customer data — remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific business results, or that the service will meet every requirement of your business.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swift Sites Studio’s total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue.
Termination
Either side may terminate at any time. On termination or cancellation, your site will be taken offline at the end of the billing period, and you may request export or deletion of your data by emailing info@swiftsites.studio. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
